Introducing the newest member of our family – Goose.

Number Two Son and his family rescued Goose from a local shelter.  Goose is a three year old black lab with a winning smile.  He is completely jet black except for the small white patch surrounding his mouth.

Goose is also a three-legged canine.  We have no idea how or why Goose is missing part of his leg, but…

That fact does not prevent him from being curious about happenings in the alley.  I think he would rather play with intruders than protect the property.  The people at the shelter were beyond excited when Goose was rescued because he has the sweetest disposition, and they were afraid no one would want a three-legged dog.  The minute Number Two Son set eyes on Goose, it was love at first sight.

Missing a paw does it prevent him from romping in the grass.

He runs with ears flying in the breeze.

Goose is a loving companion who loves to be petted.  I am so glad we finally met.
