Some blogs never got posted, and this is one of those blogs.  We attended the State Fair of Texas at the end of its run.  One of my favorite things to do at the fair is people watch.  This has resulted in my snapping photos of people.  I know it is late, but….

Taking pictures is part of the State Fair experience.  Yes, that is Ever-Lovin’ unintentionally photo-bombing in the background.

What fun is this?  It reminds me of the book Trumpet of the Swan by E.B. White.  If you haven’t read it, you should.

I loved looking at the workers.  Remember, these people had been working the State Fair of Texas for over three weeks, and they were still smiling. (Well, most of them were.)

Mr. Barker (Made-up name) had been working the State Fair for many years, and he knew the lingo to call in the customers.

Another major reason to go to the State Fair is to eat, and this guy had good food to eat!

This pretty lady was so friendly, and she made sure to get our order correct.

In this cold damp winter weather, I like thinking about warmer weather and the fun times we had.
