From the moment you walk up the steps to Mrs. Ralph’s home, you get a clear impression of what awaits you inside.
Her beautiful home has an off-set entry, and thus it has need for decorations on the walk and by the front door.
Be still my heart. I love the large urns by the front steps. They are overflowing with greenery and large silver ornaments. The bow on the to of the ornament gives a finishing touch to these arrangements.
At the turn, a decorated sled and tartan boots greeted us.
Mrs. Ralph has a talent in attending to details. I like it. I love it. What a good look.
By the bench, a touch of red berries looks good in the greenery filled urn.
Greyhound is wearing a tartan scarf and is prepared for winter. A little folly in a garden is always a wonderful touch.
The tall urns by the front door hold large orbs and are filled with Christmas greenery and a nesting partridge. (I think it is a partridge. No matter – it looks good.) I love the touches of red and gold.
The wreath by the front door has been updated for Christmas. By adding Christmas picks, the look of the wreath is completely changed.
As we opened the door, we were welcomed by the most beautiful angel.
Mrs. Ralph knows how to make a statement. Her home is gorgeous, tastefully decorated. and comfortable. That is a hard combination to achieve. It is a joy and a delight to visit in her home.
Blessings to you and yours,
Thank you Mrs. Ralph for letting me share your home.
