The Bible talks about being a doorkeeper in the house of the Lord, but I don’t remember anything being said about painting.  Let it be known that that is what a group of faithful people did today – They painted the hallway of First Baptist Church Richardson.

1 Corinthians 10:31 (English Standard Version)

31 So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God

Taping – Prep work is tedious and hard.  Not my favorite thing to do.

Class nameplates had to be removed.

Then they were able to paint.

And paint.

And paint.

And paint.  In all, about 17 people including staff members were able to paint the upstairs hallway in one day.  Pretty impressive.

I am sure being a painter in the House of the Lord is a blessed thing to do.
