Basketball season has begun and there are games to attend.

For forever and a day, Hot Rod played Upward’s Basketball, but this year the church decided to join the YMCA league.  Hot Rod is a sixth grader, and these boys can play ball.  It is fun to watch.

Be still my heart!  Some of these sixth grade boys are tall.  If all the tall boys were only on our team, I might wonder, but the other teams also have Jack Sprouts.

Defense!  If Number 1 has your number, he is there!

Co-ed teams – That is different, but it works.

Go Longhorns! (It is hard for me to support the team name, but for Hot Rod’s sake, I do.)
