Trust me. This is good. The lipstick from Dollar Tree – the Everything’s a Dollar, Dollar Tree is wonderful.
Back story – One evening a group of girlfriends were sitting around after dinner at La Madeleine when Mrs. Ralph (My dear friend who channels Ralph Lauren in her decorating style – thus my name for her.) reached into her designer purse for her lipstick. As she was applying “the” lipstick, sweet Mrs. Becky screams – “You use L.A. Colors too! Doncha just love it?”
Then I kid you not – Mrs. Ralph and Mrs. Becky (Who is always cute and put together.) commenced to rave and rave and rave about this lipstick. Thirty minutes later they were still discussing how smooth this lipstick is, and how moisturizing it is. (It contains Vitamin E and Aloe Vera.) It is also long lasting. What’s not to love?
Mrs. Becky owns several colors, and could not say enough good things about L.A. Colors Lipstick. And to think – You buy this lipstick at Dollar Tree. The Everything’s a Dollar – Dollar Tree. Yes, one tube of this wonderful lipstick will cost you one dollar, or four quarters, or ten dimes, or twenty nickels, or 100 pennies. You get the message. How cool is that?
Mrs. Ralph was told that L.A. Colors was discontinuing “Cherry Red”. This was serious. – This lipstick is that good. Mrs. Ralph got into her trusty car and traveled all over North Dallas and probably beyond stockpiling tubes and tubes of L.A. Colors’ “Cherry Red” lipstick. She probably has enough tubes of “Cherry Red” to last her a month of Sundays.
You know what happened next. Bright and early the next morning, I had to get in my trusty car, and go to the Dollar Tree at Beltline and Yale to get me a tube of L.A. Colors lipstick. I chose “Frosted Berries”, and I have loved it.
This afternoon while shopping in Dollar Tree, I reminded myself that I wanted to tell you about L.A. Colors Lipstick. They did not have “Frosted Berries” (Do you think I need to start stockpiling?), but I got four other shades to try –
“Dusty Rose”, “Mauve Glaze”, “Berry Ice”, “Cocoa Shimmer”. (Doncha think it would be cool to have a job naming lipsticks and nail polish?) Please ignore the bad thumb and finger.
Dollar Tree and L.A. Colors have no idea who I am. I simply wanted to share. If you try this lipstick and do not like it, it is okay. We can still be friends.
Blessings to you and yours,
