Have you heard?  Archery is hot!  It is a big thing at this moment in time.  I think some of the current movies – Hunger Games, The Avengers, and  Brave to name a few have fueled the enthusium for archery.

Number One Son found a deal at The Texas Archery Academy, and thought this might be a good summer outing for Hot Rod and family.  And did they ever have fun!  After the first session, they were offered a family membership for unlimited access to the archery range (including equipment rental) for only $120.00 for the entire year.  What a deal!

The big plus is that Hot Rod loves going to the archery range.  He is so focused, and works so hard to improve.

Last night on Channel 8 News they featured The Texas Archery Academy and how they are wanting to have archery ranges in our public parks.  Number One Son promises me they are not planning on shooting across the playground.
